Terms of use

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and KEYPREE CONSORTIUM HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD trading as Yebby (“Yebby”). By using Yebby you agree to them.

What Yebby is

Yebby shows local providers recommended by people you trust. We don't provide the services listed, we aren't part of any arrangement between you and a provider, and we don't check providers' qualifications. Vouches are the opinions of the people who wrote them.

Your account

Vouching honestly

Vouches only work if they're real. So:

What you can't post

Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading; no one else's personal information; nothing you don't have the right to share, such as other people's photos.

Your content

You own what you post. You allow Yebby to show it in the app, on share pages and in WhatsApp replies, and to use it to promote Yebby, without payment. This permission ends when you delete it, except for copies others have already shared.

Listings and business owners

Anyone can add a business they recommend. Owners can claim their listing by proving they control its WhatsApp number, and can ask for it to be removed. If we later offer paid features such as bookings with deposits or job leads, extra terms will be shown before you use them.

Moderation

We may hold, hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If you think we got it wrong, email privacy@yebby.co.za.

No guarantees

Yebby is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for providers' work or for losses from relying on recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We'll tell you in the app before important changes apply. South African law governs these terms. Questions: privacy@yebby.co.za.
